Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday
y con algunos colores
1.-Listen to the song. Complete it with the days of the week
I don't care if Monday is ………………
Tuesday's grey and Wednesday too
Thursday I don't care about you
It's …………….., I'm in love
Monday you can fall apart
…………….., Wednesday break my heart
Oh, Thursday doesn't even start
It's Friday I'm in love
Saturday, wait
And ……………… always comes too late
But Friday, never hesitate
I don't care if Monday is ……………..
Tuesday, ……………….. - heart attack
Thursday, never looking back
It's Friday, I'm in love
Monday, you can hold your head
Tuesday, Wednesday stay in bed
Or …………………….. - watch the walls instead
It's Friday, I'm in love
…………………., wait
And Sunday always comes too late
But Friday, never hesitate...

ACROSS THE UNIVERSE
This is a song by the Beatles. Here you can watch two new versions. Which one do you prefer?
-This first one is sung by Rufus Wainwright.
-A second version was sung by Fiona Apple in the soundtrack of the film "Pleasantville" and in IBERIA's advert with children flying on balloons.
ACROSS THE UNIVERSE: LYRICS
Words are flying out like
endless rain into a paper cup
They slither while they pass
They slip away across the universe
Pools of sorrow waves of joy
are drifting through my open mind
Possessing and caressing me
Jai guru deva om
Nothing's gonna change my world
Nothing's gonna change my world
Nothing's gonna change my world
Nothing's gonna change my world
Images of broken light which
dance before me like a million eyes
That call me on and on across the universe
Thoughts meander like a
restless wind inside a letter box
they tumble blindly as
they make their way across the universe
Jai guru deva om
Nothing's gonna change my world
Nothing's gonna change my world
Nothing's gonna change my world
Nothing's gonna change my world
Sounds of laughter shades of life
are ringing through my open ears
exciting and inviting me
Limitless undying love which
shines around me like a million suns
It calls me on and on across the universe
Jai guru deva om
Nothing's gonna change my world
Nothing's gonna change my world
Nothing's gonna change my world
Nothing's gonna change my world
DIFFICULT WORDS
FLY OUT:escaparse volando
endless: infinito
SLITHER: deslizarse
SLIP AWAY: desvanecerse
pool: charco
sorrow: tristeza
wave: ola
joy: alegría
DRIFT: ir a la deriva
thorough: completamente, a fondo
CARESS: acariciar
MEANDER: serpentear
restless:inquieto
letter box: buzón
TUMBLE: tambalearse
blindly: a ciegas
MAKE ONE'S WAY: abrirse camino
laughter: risa
shade: sombra
limitless: infinito, sin fronteras
undying: inmortal
CALL someone ON: llamar, invocar
